About Tower Rush Play
Our Tower Rush Play platform covers Tower Rush, the floor-building turbo game developed and published by Galaxsys and released on 28 February 2024. Acceptance and Scope of These Tower Rush Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between us, the publisher of Tower Rush Play, referred to here as we, us or the Publisher, and each person who accesses the platform. Accessing the platform, reading any page, using any table or feature, following an internal link or sending an enquiry confirms that these Terms have been read, understood and accepted. Where any part is not accepted, use of the platform should stop. These Terms apply to every form of interaction with the platform, as summarised below, and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Tower Rush: Informational Purpose and No Gaming Service
Our Tower Rush platform is provided for general information and education only. Tower Rush: Affiliate and Commercial Disclosure
Our Tower Rush platform may contain affiliate or advertising links where they are lawful, and we may receive compensation when those links are used, at no additional cost to the person clicking. Any such relationship is disclosed, and it does not change the facts we report or our safety-first guidance, because we do not sell favourable conclusions. Tower Rush: Accuracy, Updates and Correction of Content

For instance, three successful floors valued at 1.20, 1.30 and 1.40 multiply to 1.20 × 1.30 × 1.40 = 2.184, but the real figures depend entirely on the version and configuration in use. No strategy, system, progression or predictor can guarantee an outcome, because results are produced by a random number generator and can be checked only after a round through provable fairness. Tower Rush: No Warranties
Our Tower Rush platform and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where certain warranties cannot lawfully be excluded, this clause applies only so far as the law allows.
Tower Rush: Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, our free Tower Rush platform. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the total amount paid to us for access to the platform in the six months before the relevant event or nothing, which in practice is usually nothing because the platform is free to use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Tower Rush: Indemnification
Anyone who uses the platform agrees to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless against reasonable losses, costs and claims arising from a material breach of these Terms or from unlawful use of the platform. This indemnity does not extend to the Publisher's own unlawful conduct, negligence or wilful default. We will notify the relevant person of any claim to which this indemnity may apply and will not settle it in a way that imposes obligations without consent.
Tower Rush: Privacy, Cookies and Communications
Use of our Tower Rush platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what limited information we handle, how cookies and similar technologies are used, and the choices available. Where contact is made with us, replies by electronic means are consented to. We will never ask for a one-time password, UPI PIN or card CVV, and such details should never be sent to us or to anyone claiming to represent us.
Tower Rush: Availability, Suspension and Termination
Our Tower Rush platform is provided on an as-available basis, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of it, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We may also restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where restriction is necessary to protect the platform or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, will continue to apply.
Tower Rush: Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, in our editorial practice or in applicable law. The version published here is the version in force, and the effective date shown at the top records when it was last revised. Continued use of the platform after any update means the revised Terms are accepted, so a periodic review of these Terms is recommended.
Tower Rush: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceedings, the matter should first be raised with us in writing through our contact page, and at least 30 days from that written notice should be allowed for a good-faith resolution. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, statutory remedy or other non-excludable jurisdiction, the competent courts in India will have jurisdiction over any remaining dispute. These Terms are published in English, and the English version prevails over any translation provided for convenience.
Tower Rush: Severability and Interpretation
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation, and words such as including are read as examples rather than limits.
Tower Rush: No Waiver, Assignment and Entire Agreement
A failure or delay by the Publisher in exercising any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right, and a single or partial exercise does not prevent any further exercise. Rights or obligations under these Terms may not be assigned or transferred without our consent, although we may assign these Terms to a successor or in connection with a reorganisation, provided rights are not materially reduced. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between anyone who uses the platform and the Publisher regarding use of the platform, and supersede any earlier understanding on that subject.
